RideAlly Cab Cancellation Policy

This policy is applicable for Cab booking cancellation by a customer. If a customer wants to cancel an existing booking, below are the terms applicable

For Guaranteed Airport Cab
  • No charges applicable if booking cancelled before 3 hrs of the reporting time.
  • Rs. 100/- cancellation charges applicable if cancelled up to 2 hrs of the reporting time.
  • Rs. 200/- cancellation charges applicable if cancelled 2hrs before or if the cab has already reported for pickup.
For Hourly package booking
  • No charges applicable if booking cancelled before 3 hrs of the reporting time.
  • Rs. 100/- cancellation charges applicable if cancelled up to 2 hrs of the reporting time.
  • Rs. 200/- cancellation charges applicable if cancelled 2hrs before or if the cab has already reported for pickup.
For outstation booking
  • No charges applicable if booking cancelled 12 hrs before the reporting time.
  • Rs. 500/- cancellation charges applicable if cancelled before 3 hrs or more from the reporting time.
  • Rs.1000/- cancellation charges applicable if cancelled within 3 hrs of the reporting time or if the cab has already reported for pickup.

RideAlly Refund Policy

This policy is applicable for Cab bookings with advance payment made by customer or a refund due to instances like excess paid etc.

  • All refunds will be made online directly to the customer bank account or via UPI.
  • Refunds will be made within 72 hrs, once it is approved.
  • Refunds against cancelled bookings paid in advance will be made after deducting applicable cancellation charges as per RideAlly Cancellation Policy.
  • Interstate taxes charges for outstation booking are non refundable (if already paid before the the start of the trip) on booking cancellation, if cancelled by customer within 24 hrs of the reporting time.
  • For instances like non toll road, excess billing, non working AC or any error in billing distance etc. refund will only be initiated after a thorough investigation by RideAlly team and the customer will have to await the final outcome of the same.
  • The decision of the RideAlly management will be final in such cases.
